Payment
bebe kisses uses PayPal to receive and process payments.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and eChecks via PayPal. (Orders paid for by eCheck will ship once the eCheck has cleared.)
Shipping
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and USPS holidays). If an item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately via email and/or phone.
Our shipping vendor of choice is USPS Priority Mail with a delivery time of 2-3 days. Package(s) will ship from Frederick, Maryland with delivery confirmation. Our shipping fees are a flat rate:
$4.00 shipping fees for orders up to $50
$6.00 shipping fees for orders $50 to $75
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75
International packages: add $10 to your shipping costs. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may delay delivery time.
Returns/Exchanges
Bebe Kisses has a 30 day return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund (shipping fees will not be refunded). Returns/Exchanges must be received in new condition (including all packaging and instructions). Any item(s) that have been washed, damaged, dirtied or received after the return grace period will be subject to a restocking fee and may be returned to the customer. Please email returns@bebekisses.com (for returns) or exchanges@bebekisses.com (for exchanges) to expedite the processing of your return/exchange and to obtain the return address. Please ship your item(s) with Delivery Confirmation; you may choose to have your item(s) insured as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods.
For exchanges, we will mail out the "new" item (free of charge) once the original has been received. Shipping is free for the first exchange.
For refunds, we will refund the cost of the item(s), less shipping fees (this also includes any offers for free shipping) once the item has been received.
Clearance item returns will be honored for defective items only.
Gift returns/exchanges: If the item(s) that is being purchased is meant as a gift, please let us know the due date of the recipient and we will use that date for returns/exchanges.
Warranty/Defects
If an item is defective or damaged, we will honor an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item is found to be defective, we will send you a new item or refund you in full for the cost of the item. Please inspect your purchased items before washing as washed items are not covered by these terms.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Maryland will be subject to 5% sales tax.
